ACADEMIC EXCELLENCE
Following the 2011-12 academic year, Tulsa has had 19 Academic All-Americans, 316 Conference USA Academic Medalists with a 3.75 + GPA and 1,211 C-USA Honor Roll recipients (3.0+ GPA) since joining Conference USA for the 2005-06 season.
Tulsa has 16 Conference USA Scholar Athlete of the Year Award winners for their respective sport since 2005-06.
In the fall of 2012, a total of 275 student-athletes earned at least a 3.00 grade point average.
Tulsa has had 58 student-athletes earn CoSIDA Academic All-America honors.

STUDENT-ATHLETE SERVICES FUNCTIONS
Golden Hurricane Student Services (GHSS) provides quality study/life skills, education and support for all student-athletes. Graduation is of paramount importance at The University of Tulsa.
GHSS provides student-athletes with the opportunity to compete at the highest level while making progress toward completion of a degree of their choice in an environment consistent with high academic standards, a commitment to equity and diversity, sportsmanship, personal growth and development, and ethical conduct.
